Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
To keep our costs competitive, we offer free international standard shipping on all orders. Our supplier is located in England for reference.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, and all orders placed after will be dispatched for the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
To remain competitive, reduce our carbon footprint, and remain environmentally friendly, we do not keep inventory on our items. All merchandise is print-to-order and has a lead time of 3-5 days to be made. Nobody else will have ever worn your merchandise before it arrives to you.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do our best to calculate the IVA taxes at the current rates and include them in our pricing so there are no extra surprises for you when your package is delivered.
However, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying any additional fees that are not already calculated in the total. If you are concerned there could be another tax we might have missed, we recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Orders typically arrive anywhere between one to two weeks after shipping.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied.

General Information
Our supplier ships worldwide to every country but is primarily focused on Europe as they are located in England. Ship times vary, with three to five business days' average within Europe and seven to ten days anywhere outside of Europe.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and tracking numbers will be sent out via a confirmation email as soon as the item is ready to ship. All shipping is always free, no matter where your little fan lives in the world. All taxes and duties are also included in pricing, so what you see is what you pay at checkout - no hidden fees.
