• Refund requests eligible for 30 days after product is ordered

  • Feedback and pictures before returns are issued are required
• Once a refund is approved:
  • Incorrect, damaged, or unwanted product can be:
    • Donated to a nearby shelter
    • Given to a children's charity
    • Recycled
