The inspiration behind our new arrivals this week

This week, we designed two new pieces. Why did we pick these designs?

The first piece is this bib. We were looking through our inventory, and we realized that we did not have a piece inspirated by the Genoa football team. The Genoa football team is the oldest team in Italy, and in Serie A. Genoa has won nine championships and we were thinking that maybe the players must have wings like their griffon mascot because they have overcome many obstacles.

The team was created in 1893, with the intention of being an extension of the United Kingdom’s team. At the beginning, Italians were not allowed to play, but luckily, history took a different turn. From Serie A to Serie B, then Serie B back to Serie A, the team has fought for a place to play with the best for years. Today, we want to celebrate this wonderful journey, and we want to include our piccoli tifosi in our celebration.

The second piece is this t-shirt. In general, soccer is a fun sport for all. When a child practices a sport from infancy, they are destined to become a star one day. Whether it is on a local or national team or in their own heart, that child is a star and is destined for success. We wrote an article in the past here of all the benefits that come with when a child plays a sport.

‘Future soccer star’ means that in the future, your child will become a big success one day. We like English phrases every so often, and this one was perfect for our brand. We wanted to make a new shirt for boys and girls, so we chose blue and pink as well as a natural color for those who like neutrals.
